University proxy users are having problems accessing the tool

Do your remote users see an Access Denied page and message? If you use a proxy tool, you should update your stanza. For EZProxy, the OCLC suggests the following setup for your stanza. (https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/EZproxy_database_stanzas/Database_stanzas_P/Policy_Map)

In order to provide access to resources that use https, your EZproxy server must be configured with an SSL certificate.

 Note: Replace [SiteURL] with the value provided from the vendor for your subscription. SiteURL is normally your university domain used.
