Can I generate a Community Health Report by zip code or custom census tract?

For now, the Community Health Report can only generate for a county or a census tract. It cannot aggregate multiple counties/tracts, so the custom region will not work for the Community Health Report. We do have plans in the future to make the report work for zip codes and aggregated boundaries.
